1. These 'skinny supplements' do not work. There is no strong evidence. People are making money out of your vulnerability. Worse case, they might cause you side effects and health problems. If after consuming the supplements you find yourself visiting toilet more often, and lose weight, well that is because you lose water weight in your body. Not the fat underneath your skin or visceral fats (abdominal fats). And if you lose weight after consuming the supplements, might be due to placebo effects, basically your mindset, that drives you to behave more positively towards food.
2. Nothing comes overnight. If you adopt a particular diet and lose 3 kg weight in let's say 2 weeks, that is good, provided that you are WELL-NOURISHED and the diet is sustainable. Surely you do not want to only eat kale all the time. Foods are meant to be enjoyed in moderation and in appropriate portion.
3. Save your money and lose weight healthily by exercise, adopt healthy eating and sleep well.
